Thanks for checking out my bio, prior to my 12 years marketing and selling real estate I came from an aviation background as a pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. This company managed multi-million dollar projects both internationally and domestically and I taught courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College. I stay on the leading edge of new technologies and makes this know- how work for my real estate clients. Bill has worked and lived on the West Coast since 1979. He currently lives in Cowichan Bay and has been a licensed REALTOR® since January 2004.
