Thanks for checking out my bio, prior to my 12 years marketing and selling real estate I came from an aviation background as a pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. This company managed multi-million dollar projects both internationally and domestically and I taught courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College. I stay on the leading edge of new technologies and makes this know- how work for my real estate clients. Clients will also appreciate the benefits of my keen interest in real estate investment and my steady monitoring of the real estate market. Born and raised in B.C. Bill has worked and lived on the West Coast since 1979. He currently lives in Cowichan Bay and has been a licensed REALTOR® since January 2004.
