About Michael Beaveridge

Michael was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley. His roots are tied to Duncan by way of multiple generations. His family, a vibrant community, and a diverse environment all make the Cowichan Valley such a special place for Michael to call home. Michael is eager to share his love and passion for our beautiful Valley with his clients.

Before joining RE/MAX Island Properties and the David Lowes PREC team, Michael was employed as a Journeyman electrician for seven years with experience in both commercial and residential buildings. Prior to his electrical career, Michael was employed for several years with a local construction company specializing in custom residential builds. With his knowledge of trades at hand, Michael can lead clients in the direction of making informed decisions about their property or prospective property.

Michael is a team player with a strong competitive drive. In his free time, he enjoys playing recreation league hockey and baseball. Decades of playing competitive and non-competitive sport have taught Michael important skills such as effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and respect for his team members and opponents. Clients will see these attributes carried through in his mission to find them the perfect home.
