About Megan Fechter

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Megan Fechter has strong roots in the local real estate market. As a child, her family taught her the importance of real estate investing. She grew up touring properties and new construction developments. These were some of her defining moments and helped shape her direction further into Real Estate. Megan started in the conveyance department. After learning everything she could behind the desk, she decided it was time to turn her passions into a lifestyle.

As a Realtor, she recognizes every person and property has a story to tell- it’s her goal to ensure you find the house that feels like home. Real estate can be intimidating, however, it’s Megan’s goal to ensure the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Megan has the drive to assure her clients are happy. In Megan’s free time, she enjoys hosting dinner parties for her friends and family, travelling the globe, riding horses, and exploring Vancouver Island with her dog, Lucky.
