About Jamie MacGregor

Jamie grew up in Yorkton Saskatchewan and moved to Regina just before turning 20 years old. She spent many years working in the hospitality industry in restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs doing everything over the years from hostess to general manager which sharpened her interpersonal skills and business relationships.

Jamie spent a short time working with the Homebuilders Association, working as events and membership coordinator, and assisting with their apprenticeship program.

After many years of toying with becoming a real estate agent, she finally committed and became registrant in May 2013 and was licensed in residential, commercial and farm but eventually loved and focused on residential.

In 2020, Jamie received her broker license and oversaw a brokerage in Saskatchewan with 58 agents.

She has a grown daughter Alora who still resides in Saskatchewan with her boyfriend and chocolate lab. Alora is in university working towards her biology degree and working 3 jobs.

Jamie decided in 2019, that Vancouver Island was going to be her home someday and that day was finally realized in July of 2022. She is so happy to call this beautiful island home. She currently lives in Nanaimo close to her brother and sister-in-law with her dog Murphy. Her free time is spent exploring this beautiful place and is so thrilled to join the RE/MAX Island Properties family and cant wait to get to know everyone.
