Bill McGowan

Bill has a background in aviation as a pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. His company managed multi-million dollar projects both internationally and domestically. He has taught courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Northern Lights College. He is an active member of the Duncan Flying Club and supports local causes such as Children’s Hospital, United Way, MS Society, Salvation Army and the Cowichan Hospital Foundation. Bill and his wife Loree reside in beautiful Cowichan Bay and enjoy their off time golfing, flying, hiking, biking and kayaking in and around this amazing part of the world.
